Dispatch
All prints are made to order, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be made and posted. If you require your order on an urgent basis, please get in touch with us.
Shipping
Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:
- Domestic Orders: For all orders within India, we aim to dispatch your items within 3-5 business days – however, it is often sooner. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent.
- International Orders: For international orders, please allow 4–6 business days for us to ship your items. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent. Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country, although the need to pay such fees rarely arises. Unfortunately, we are not able to determine how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
Address
When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake in your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address, and the correct shipping address. Provided that the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
Shipping Damage
We take care to pack all products securely so that they are not damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged, we will replace your purchase. To assess the damage, we require a notification from you within 5 days of receiving the goods, along with a clear image of the damaged area. We assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, so the sooner you get in touch with us, the easier it will be for us to assist you.
Returns
We work hard to create high-quality products and therefore do not accept returns. If the customer is unhappy with the product(s) for any reason, please get in touch with us, and after analyzing the issue, we may be able to issue store credit or offer an exchange. Refunds are strictly not possible, so please take care to purchase wisely.
