Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
International customers may choose to pay in their local currency where available. Currency conversion is
calculated automatically at checkout using the prevailing exchange rate.
The final order total includes the artwork and applicable shipping charges. Complimentary shipping is included on
all domestic orders. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Within India
Orders are made to order and are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually
takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Orders
International orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending
on the destination and customs processing.
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, and tracking information will be provided once your order has
been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges upon arrival in the
destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase
price or shipping charges

Returns & Exchanges
As each artwork is made to order, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mihrastudio@gmail.com, including your order
number and photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. We will review your request and respond as soon
as possible.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already begun.

Product Information
Every effort has been made to accurately represent each artwork through photography and product descriptions.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

All prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.

If you are interested in a custom size or a larger format than those listed, please contact us for a bespoke
quotation.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, text, branding, and content displayed on this website remain the
intellectual property of Mihra Studio unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used in any form without prior written
permission.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer
support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to process
payments or fulfil deliveries.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your artwork reaches you safely, Mihra Studio cannot be held
responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural events, or circumstances beyond our
reasonable control.
